For over 25 years, Jan Chamberlain has been involved in the real estate business as a home developer, and Realtor, throughout the Lake Tahoe region. Working together with her husband within their well-respected construction business, Jan touched every aspect of the process securing permits, and working with land conservancy agencies, subcontractors, draftsmen, and engineers. It was through this experience of building, buying, and selling homes where Jan learned the importance of clear communication, determination, and dedication; all of which carved the path to her very successful real estate career today. “I truly put my clients’ needs above my own.
